Twitter has quickly grown to the second biggest social media tool and is catching up on and will probably soon overtake Facebook as the biggest one. This makes it very important for us to harness the power of this micro-blogging site and make money from it like so many other people are already doing.
You can easily make $100-$500/day within a few weeks’ time of starting with Twitter, as it represents one of the more powerful home business opportunities for driving traffic. In the next few minutes I am going to explain a few ways how you can make money with Twitter, even if you have no experience at all – so hang onto your seats!
First thing that you have to do is start a brand new Twitter account. (This is free of course and you can set one up with a few clicks by going to www.twitter.com)
Alternatively you can create as many Twitter accounts as you like. The best thing would be to start a Twitter account for every niche that you are targeting. Just think of the home business ideas there are that feed into multiple niche opportunities – its truly amazing. Maybe one for internet marketing, one for fitness and health or whatever you fancy. The more Twitter accounts you have the more work it becomes for you and also you have to be careful not to break any of the Twitter TOS and get banned.
Now that you have a Twitter account, the first thing you need to do before you can start to make money with Twitter, you have to build up a targeted following for your niche.
There are many ways you can do this, but if you are serious about making money with Twitter (especially if you have more than one account), you can automate this whole process, like I did, and get literally thousands of targeted followers with an automated system like The Twitter Online System. 1. First thing that you can do is to join RevTwt and get paid per click.
This is a great little free to join website that automatically sends a few ads with your twitter account per day. (You can manually tweet these ads or let them do it automatically or both) Every time someone clicks on one of these tweets of yours, you get paid. Now whilst I don’t personally do this, due to my level of focus on a 7 figure income, I realize this is terrific for those of your just starting out. You will usually get paid between 5c and 10c per click. You can do this for up to 10 accounts, so it really adds up at the end and you can make a nice little extra money for basically doing nothing.
2. The second thing you can do can really make you a lot of money, especially if you build up a nice relationship with your following and if they are targeted, which means that they have the same interest as you.
You can make money by tweeting your affiliate links. Join an affiliate network, like Clickbank and get links to products in your niche. Or set up your own affiliate scheme – there are lots of affiliate engines which you can buy to get you going with your own products. But for the time being let’s stick with selling other people’s products.
Tweet about these products and include your affiliate link in the Tweet. You will earn as much as 70% of the sale if someone buys the product through your link. If you have big targeted accounts you can really make a killing this way. Again, The Twitter Online System actually automates the whole tweeting process, so your links will get tweeted and you will earn money even while you sleep.
3. And finally you can build a lot of free traffic to your websites or blogs with twitter and I do this each and every day.
You can regularly tweet about pages of your websites or new posts of your blogs and build up some nice free traffic to these. If you have Google Adsense on your blogs, and send people there with Twitter, you can also make some nice money this way.
Start a blog with high value keywords, setup Google Adsense on the blog and send people to that blog with Twitter. Nothing could be easier to make money with Twitter.
